The location is wonderfully convenient, but

The hotel itself did not live up to expectations. The pictures online were misleading, and I was disappointed with the amenities promised, particularly the cable service that was not available.

The a double room is quiet and has climate control, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. I have not had such a comfortable bed at any other accommodation.

Hip new hotel in a pretty quiet area just next door to an outlet. The staff was amicable and the room was excellent and fairly quiet. Perfectly fine facilities. Good customer care. Such wonderful stay, as always...

Half amazing, half disappointing

The room layout was really spacious and the fridge was convenient for my late-night snacks!

The exterior felt unsafe with suspicious activity and there were broken vehicles cluttering the parking lot.

I really enjoyed that my room had a microwave and fridge which made it easy to store snacks after a long day. Plus, the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind each evening and the outdoor pool was a great bonus for soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, the TV remote was a bit finicky, but it didn’t ruin my good time! 😊

My trip to Ontario was wonderful thanks to Lotus By Hotel Inn. I stayed for 6 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. The location was favorable, with on-site free parking. The venue was in a calm area, just next door to the center and an outlet. The hotel had good-sized and excellent rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were all attentive and amicable.

The double room provides climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven; the staff is really helpful, and the location in the middle of Jackson is good.
